Was in Buffalo and feeling like some Bar-B-Q and Fat Bob's smokehouse was the perfect choice. We loved the food and will be back if in Buffalo again. The service was super casual but effective and the vibe is super friendly.

Ordered this thru DoorDash and it was hot and delicious! I'm not a huge fan of their bbq options but overall a really BBQ for WNY!

I'm from out of town and am in Buffalo for work. My hotel suggested Fat Bobs for a late night bite so I went and sat at the bar. I was there right before they closed. The bartender was Halie (sorry if I mis spelled) I mentioned I've never been to fat bobs and she suggested I try the happy hour nacho. Honestly. They were incredible and I'm a nacho fan already but these we great. The corn, the bbq, the sauces. It was unique and delish. Fast forward I'm still here and have a few more days and decided to pop back in. Sat at the bar and had Halie again. Said I was thinking a sandwich. She suggested the pulled pork with jalapeños and the Mac and cheese. She said she loves the Carolina bbq and she was right. Again it was all incredible. The Mac and cheese is elevated but gives you what you want and the pulled pork was super tender. The bun is toasted which already says they be trying to do it right. I also ordered a cup of the gumbo which I loved. I wanted to say it was a truly delish spot and Halie was incredibly helpful and I would recommend it to anyone. My one regret is I'm not local to bring all my friends in. Sit at the bar if you are traveling through Buffalo and ask Halie for recommendations. It's a great experience. Thanks.

The service is always great. Them smoked wings is amazing. The chili was also good along with the frosty berry drink. While I was there they had customer appreciation day with finger food that was being served. The wings are 99 cents on Wednesday.

First time at this restaurant and we loved it! We were in town for a hockey tournament and wanted something besides wings (gasp...I know). I'm glad we made reservations for a Sat nite for 3 ppl as the place was jumping. I had smoked chicken which was very moist and tasty. My son had nachos with pulled pork which he enjoyed. My BF had ribs which he did was delish. It was pretty affordable too. We walked away stuffed !

Right upon entrance, the host was friendly and sat us right down. We went for lunch- around noon- and it wasn't too busy, which was perfect! The atmosphere was so cozy and friendly! When we sat down, the server was prompt to get in our drinks and gave us time to look at the menu. The menu isn't too long or too short. We ordered the Brisket and Ribs combo with a side of Mac and cheese and onion rings, as well as pulled pork from "The Pit" with a side of sweet potato fries and their BBQ beans. For two people, this was more than enough. We have leftovers for tomorrow! Our favorite out of all of this were the ribs! I can't begin to describe how juicy and well seasoned they were. Falloff the bone perfection. A must get! The fries were amazing and crispy, as well as the Mac and cheese. And finally, the BBQ sauces were all delicious. Next time we'll snag a bottle of BBQ sauce to take home with us! :) This place is a 10/10 must go again for us! Thank you Fat Bob's!

If I had to pick one BBQ item that I love more than any other, it would be brisket. Add in a fresh Costanza roll and some fries and I'll be set. That's exactly what I had here at Fat Bob's and let me tell you: It's delicious. I went in on a slow afternoon right after they opened for the day so there weren't many other people there. Took a seat at the bar and decided it was time for a nice, filling lunch. I was going back and forth between this and the pulled pork but decided on the brisket, and I am glad I did. The brisket was the perfect amount of tender. With the addition of some of their BBQ sauce, it created such a good complimentary flavor with everything on the plate. I think I basically inhaled the sandwich with how good it was but still tried to take some time to really savor it. The bar and seating areas were all very clean and picked up. The staff was phenomenal and really took care of the people in there. I used to go here a lot for their mac and cheese but now, I have to go try to eat the menu again I think. We will definitely be back soon!

I always get the brisket - it's the best! Good size serving - what I would expect for the price. I always get beans and mac and cheese for my sides. The 3 together taste so good. Staff is always attentive and friendly. Food always comes out delicious. Love to go for lunch with friends or colleagues during the week. Will keep coming back!
